I developed a specialty, and a particular interest, in personal injury, compensation and insurance litigation. It is this expertise that I offer as a barrister for clients looking for assistance from one of Western Australia’s most experienced personal injury litigators. My experience includes appearing as counsel in many personal injury trials in the District Court, assisting counsel in High Court appeals and appearing as counsel in the Court of Appeal of the W.A. Supreme Court. It also includes assisting clients and representing them in pre-trial conferences, informal settlement conferences, conciliations and mediations. Over 95% of personal injury claims are resolved without the need for a trial and negotiating settlements and resolving claims is an area I have been heavily involved in for many years.
